T-Shirts Can Change the World| Millennial Entrepreneur Eryn Eddy Erickson, So Worth Loving

The story behind So Worth Loving, and how a simple blog, and what appears to be a simple message, has ignited a T-shirt company.

So you have a blog. You decide one day to take on the message of Love, and ask everyone who is reading your blog to send in a T-Shirt so you can stencil in the words, “So Worth Loving.” To your surprise, an overwhelming amount of people respond and before you know it, you have a thriving company.

That’s just how it happened for Eryn Eddy Erickson, and her company, you guessed it, So Worth Loving.

Giving up the comfy paycheck and relatively stress-free life, Eryn has turned this socially conscious clothing and apparel company into a global message about the power of love, and being loved. After all, aren’t all so worth loving?

On this podcast, I chat with Eryn about her somewhat unlikely fall into the entrepreneurial world and the important money lessons she’s learned along the way.

How to Make Grudge Purchases Wisely & How to Buy Tires

No one likes to make grudge purchases - like vacuum cleaners, car insurance and buying a new fridge. One of the most misunderstood grudge purchases are buying new tires. On this podcast, you will learn how to buy new tires and maintain the ones you have. Grudge purchases.

You know stuff like vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, car insurance and tires.

The stuff that you really DON’T want to spend your money on, but you know you have to.

On today’s podcast, we are talking about one grudge purchase, in particular, your tires.

I have to admit, I know nothing about how to select tires for my car, nor do I think about it very often. All I know is that they are expensive and a purchase that I don’t like to make.

I had the chance to interview Jenny from Cooper Tires and glean some wisdom about how in the heck do you go about purchasing tires, what are you looking for, and of course, why Cooper offers some great tires. She even mentioned a tip on the podcast that they love. Over on Cooper’s Facebook page, they offer Tire Tuesday tips which is all sorts of great tidbits on how to purchase and maintain your tires.
