Christmas Biscuits – One of my favorite Irish singers, got Shannah into, finally saw him this past year. Glen Hansard and Mark Geary song to raise money for Dublin’s homeless.
White Christmas – Otis Redding…a legend. If you don’t have Otis in your playlist you are missing out. His voice is so intoxicating and the perfect person to strike a mood of romance.
All That I Want – This a song by husband and wife indie pop-folk duo Deb Talen and Steve Tannan that appears on their Happiness album, but it’s the only real Christmas song on the record.
Oh Light – Gungor(featuring All Sons & Daughters), off their O Christmas ep from 2015. It’s just a song that makes you feel really good at Christmas time.
Christmas Day – She & Him, which is Zoey Desch and indie-artist M. Ward off their first Christmas record, A Very She & Him Christmas.
Silent Night – Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors, Neighborly Christmas album. I’m always looking for new updated versions of classic Christmas songs and Silent Night is one of my favs. I love this version of the song.
8 Days of Hannukah – One for our Jewish friends from Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. Sharon Jones died last month from cancer which was a heartbreaker. This great song is off their It’s a Holiday Soul Party from last year.
