2017 has almost felt at times as the year of the disaster, from hurricanes in Texas, Florida and the Caribbean to earthquakes in Mexico and wild fires around the country. California’s Wine Country, which is one of the most popular travel destinations in the world was hit particular hard by devastating fires, wiping out homes, businesses and an estimated 22 wineries were destroyed or damaged in the fires.
While there is still a long road ahead for many of these wineries with years of rebuilding and replenishing their vineyards, the rest of the California Wine Country is open for business.
Home to some of the best wines, restaurants and beautiful scenery in the world, California Wine Country needs more than ever for travelers to keep on traveling to its region and wine lovers to keep on drinking, loving and or course buying their wines.
